S1: Shakeology, 1/2t spirulina powder, 1/2scoop chia seeds, 2t instant coffee
L:1c brown rice, pesto mahimahi, 1/2 order of garlic fries
D: Lean Cuisine cheese ravioli meal
S3: Taco Bell Mexican pizza

EXERCISE: OFF day
