Breakfast: 2 egg "cupcakes",  orange
Lunch: Gyro pita sandwich
Snack #2: 1 oatmeal cookie
Dinner: BBQ pork tenderloin, broccoli, potato, butter
Snack #3: 1 scoop protein powder

EXERCISE: 60 min walk + 60 min full body workout
