B: 2 egg "cupcakes", 1 apple
S1: Shakeology, 1t maca powder, 2t instant coffee
L: 2c romaine, 1c spinach, 3.5oz chicken breast, 1/4c mandarine oranges, 1tbs dressing
S2: 1 hard-boiled egg
D: 2oz fried calamari, dinner roll, 1 slice meatloaf, 1/2c mashed potatoes
S3: couple bites each of a dessert sampler
EXERCISE: 35 min HIIT
