I'm trying something different, on the recommendation of my PT: no calorie counting!
M1: Greenberry Shakeology, 1c oj, 1tbs. flaxseeds, 0.5c mixed berries, 2c spinach
M2: 1c Kashi Honey Sunshine, 10 almonds
M3: 1c whole wheat pasta, 0.5c marinara sauce, 1 homemade crab cake, 0.5c canned corn
M4: 0.5c greek yogurt, 0.5c blueberries
M5: 2 whole wheat toast, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2c spinach, 1 Laughing Cow Swiss
M6: 1c soy milk, 1 scoop protein
TOTAL KCALS: ???
EXERCISE: NONE - still feeling sick
