Still no counting cals!

M1: 1c Kashi Honey Sunshine, 1c soy milk, 5 almonds, 1 apple
M2: 1 frozen Costco chicken bake (so worth the cals!)
M3: 1c 1% milk, 1c spinach, 1 banana
M4: 0.5c brown rice, 4.5oz lemon herb chicken, 0.5c broccoli, 1c bok choi, 0.5tbs butter
M5: 0.5c sugar-free vanilla pudding, 0.5c blueberries

EXERCISE: 1.5 hour hike
